About the Applicant
Personal details of the person seeking anticipatory bail. Use the exact name as it appears on Aadhaar / PAN.
If arrest is imminent (within 24–48 hours), call +91-98680-78166 immediately rather than submitting this form.
Case & FIR Details
Provide details of the FIR / complaint registered against the applicant. Even if no FIR has been filed yet, share what you know about the likely complaint.
Include both IPC/BNS sections and any special Act provisions (e.g. PMLA, IT Act, NDPS, SC/ST Act).
Allegations & Your Version
Briefly describe what is alleged against the applicant and the applicant's response. Be factual and as specific as possible — this forms the basis of the bail application.
Background & Prior History
Courts weigh the applicant's antecedents and community ties when deciding anticipatory bail. Answer honestly — concealment can damage the case.
Documents to Arrange
Gather the following documents before the first meeting. The more you can provide upfront, the faster the application can be filed.
Copy of FIR (if registered)Obtain from the police station or through RTI. Even a hand-written copy is useful initially.
Aadhaar card & PAN card of applicantSelf-attested copies — required for the bail application and vakalatnama.
Passport (if any)Courts often direct surrender of passport as a bail condition — carry the original.
Any notices / summons received from policeS.35 BNSS / S.41A CrPC notices, chargesheet (if filed), any correspondence from investigating agency.
Documents supporting the applicant's defenceBank statements, contracts, WhatsApp/emails, receipts, or anything that contradicts the allegation.
Proof of community ties / employmentRation card, voter ID, property documents, employment letter, ITR — to demonstrate roots and reduce flight risk perception.
Prior bail orders (if any)If the applicant was granted bail in any earlier case, carry that court order as it helps establish compliance history.
