Applicant Details
The trademark will be registered in the name of the applicant — this can be an individual, partnership, company, LLP, or other entity. Use the exact legal name.
Your Brand / Mark
Describe the trademark you want to register. Be precise — the mark as described here will be what is applied for.
Registry examiners ask about meaning — invented or coined words are stronger candidates for registration.
E.g. if your mark is "FRESH BAKES" you may disclaim exclusive use of "BAKES".
Goods & Services — Classification
Trademarks are registered for specific classes of goods or services under the Nice Classification (45 classes). Select all relevant classes and describe your goods/services precisely — an overly narrow or broad description can be a ground for refusal.
Select class(es) — tick all that apply

Each class is a separate application (and fee). Tick all classes your business actually uses or intends to use.

Specification of Goods / Services
The specification defines the scope of your registered right. The chamber will assist in refining this to match Registry standards.
Usage & Prior History
Whether a mark has been used prior to filing affects the type of application and the evidence required. Answer honestly — prior use strengthens your case if challenged.
